Jeffrey O. Williams (Jeff) is originally from Phoenix, Arizona. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Arizona State University in 2005. He earned his Juris Doctor from Texas Wesleyan University School of Law in 2010.
